To view your account number, log in or create your online profile.
Note that only SA citizens can login or create a profile.
ORfind your 14-digit account number on your monthly Identity or PAY3 account statement.
You can pay your account from your bank’s website/app or from an ATM. We are a preloaded beneficiary with all banking institutions.
Applications and cancellations of debit orders are accepted by Identity in store, e-mail, or by calling our Customer Call Centre.
