OR, find your 14-digit account number on your monthly Identity or PAY3 account statement.
You can pay your account from your bank’s website/app or from an ATM. We are a preloaded beneficiary with all banking institutions.
Tip: If paying via EFT or debit order schedule your payment for 48 hours before the payment due date to ensure that the payment reflects on time.

Setting up Identity as a Preloaded Beneficiary
- Register or log in to your bank website/app or visit an ATM
- From your bank payment section, select Identity from the list of preloaded beneficiaries.
- Use your 14-digit account number in the beneficiary payment reference field. You can find your account number on your monthly account statement.
